You may be asking yourself what color is breast milk supposed to be? We're here to tell you: let’s normalize the many shades of breastmilk! If your milk is not white or cream-colored, do not fret! It’s perfectly normal for breastmilk to have tints of green, blue, yellow, etc. Babies probably drink tinted milk at their mothers’ breasts fairly frequently, but it’s not seen unless the mother is pumping. Some foods, herbs, vitamins, medicines, and flavored drinks may color milk without doing harm. ⁣
