    Definitely Helped

    This helped push me from an under-supplier to being able to start a small freezer stash. My let-downs had just about stopped but this has allowed me to protect my supply and feed my baby since returning to work.

    ** I’m just an “enougher”

    I know supplements don’t always work for some. However, Liquid Gold saved my supply! 🥺🥲I was sick last week and my supply TANKED. I’ve been doing all the things- good diet, staying hydrated, body armors/ coconut milk/ water. ALL THE THINGS! And my supply still wasn’t back to where it was. I’ve done some research and bought Liquid Gold supplements and within 2 days my supply was back and I was LEAKING!!! I never leak. I EBF but power pump every night after my LO goes to bed to keep my supply up. Well, last night was the first for me… 5 ounces!! I’ve never got 5 ounces EVER. Breastfeeding can be hard SO hard. Roller coaster of emotions but last night after 13 weeks of this incredible hard journey, I got 5 ounces!! I’m so proud 🥲

    I was hesitant at first but I seriously saw a very noticeable increase in quality of milk as well as quantity! By day 3, my milk was more fatty and I was producing 3-4 oz more for my morning pumps and 2oz more for my middle of the day pumps. I recommend!

What order should I take the products in?

Liquid Gold or Milkapalooza are favorite starting points for most parents.

Can I take all three at once?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. We all have very unique body chemistries so trying them individually can help determine what works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time! Some parents alternate between products throughout the day, alternate days, or combine the dosage of each daily. It may require a few tries to find the perfect combination for your body.

Why is the bundle not gluten-free?

Goat's rue, found in Liquid Gold, is not gluten-free. To get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10 ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Liquid Gold has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue, and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free. We don't believe the gluten content is high, but it doesn't meet our strict testing standards.
