Lactivist® contains a plant called torbangun which has been used as a breastmilk stimulant by Bataknese mothers in Indonesia for hundreds of years. New mothers traditionally consume torbangun soup for one month after giving birth because they believe it not only promotes breastmilk production but it's also rich in vitamins and minerals like calcium, magnesium and iron to help with postpartum fatigue and enrich milk quality. In one clinical study, three groups of 25 women each were given fenugreek, torbangun or B12 for 30 days. The torbangun group saw a 65% increase in breastmilk volume in the last 2 weeks of the study. Saved my supply!

Started taking pump Princess & lactivist together to save my supply. I went from pumping maybe 8 ounces every other day to making roughly 16oz a day on top of exclusively breastfeeding. I highly recommend Legendairy Milk Supplements!

Yum!

Try this one first!

Within three days, I had a very noticeable improvement in my supply. I went from supplementing with 2-4 ounces of formula a day to pumping the excess 3 ounces of milk after my baby eats in the morning and still having enough for the whole day!

If you’re wondering about the flavor, it tastes EXACTLY like a very sweet, plain, liquid raisin. No better way to put it. But luckily it is a very easy to swallow tincture, even if you don’t like the flavor I don’t personally think it’s hard to take down by any means

I literally tried all of their capsules and they barely improved my supply by an ounce a day at most- not worth the money for me as I still had to supplement with formula. I feel like this one is also the best price for your money, and wish I’d started by trying this product first.

The taste is tolerable, nothing horrible. I just didn’t notice any difference, there may have been a slight increase but it’s hard to say. I’m a “just enough” exclusive pumper so I was hoping this would be an amazing product, but I still notice the biggest difference with Liquid Gold. Glad I gave it a try anyways!

Lactivist never disappoints!

I exclusively pumped with my 1st four years ago and I saw the biggest increase in my supply with Lactivist by the 3rd day (added 3-4 oz to my daily output!) I’m breastfeeding my 2nd now and am back on the trusty Lactivist. I noticed my breasts feel fuller, let down is quicker (have more let downs in general) and baby seems more satisfied - Lactivist for the win again! I’m also taking Cash Cow and find this works best for my body. My 2nd was having weight gain issues at the beginning but since adding these two, he’s gained weight at a rate the pediatricians want to see. I am so grateful for Legendairy milk, not sure I would have been able to extend my breastfeeding journey without them.
