Definitely Helped
This helped push me from an under-supplier to being able to start a small freezer stash. My let-downs had just about stopped but this has allowed me to protect my supply and feed my baby since returning to work.

SO GOOD!

Increased my milk supply so much
After trying a few of the other supplement bundles, I landed on Pump Princess. With the other options, I was pumping just enough or just under what my baby was eating at childcare. Pump Princess significantly increased my supply. Recently, I was low and ran out of Pump Princess. I was pumping maybe 2-3 oz and 4-5 oz after a power pump. I got my supplements again, and the very next day pumped 9 oz after my morning power pump! If one supplement didn’t work, don’t give up. Try another one. Once you find your match, it’s such a game changer. It means so much not to stress about having enough milk ready for the next day.

What's the difference between Liquid Gold and Pump Princess?

Each product has a different main herbal galactagogue that is the heavy hitter and puts the blend in a league of its own. At the end of the day, both are designed to boost milk production. We all react differently to herbs and what works wonders for one individual may not have the same effect on another, so we have different formulas to help you find the right fit.

Can I take this if nursing and not pumping?

Absolutely! Pump Princess is used by pumping and nursing parents alike.

When should I take the products?

3 times a day with a meal or a high-protein/healthy-fat snack. Many parents take them with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

How do I know which products are right for me?

What are the benefits of this product?

The herbs in Pump Princess have been shown to assist with milk production, mammary gland stimulation, prolactin release, milk flow, let-downs, and can be insulin-sensitizing.

Does this product increase fat content in milk?

Although a mother's diet doesn't affect the total amount of fat in breastmilk, it can influence the fatty acid composition. A diet rich in DHA and other polyunsaturated fatty acids will lead to an increased amount in breastmilk. Black seed in Pump Princess is a great natural source of omega-6 fats.

Can I combine supplements?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time!

How long does it take to start working?

Some parents notice a change within a few days, but we recommend taking each product for at least 7-10 days.

How soon after birth should I start taking the product?

For parents with a history of low milk supply in a previous breastfeeding journey, beginning the supplements immediately postpartum may be appropriate. For first-time parents however, we usually suggest playing it by ear and reaching out to us if milk supply concerns develop.

Are these safe to take while pregnant?

Out of an abundance of caution, we don't recommend taking Pump Princess while pregnant. Cash Cow however, can be taken after 36 weeks of pregnancy.

When does the product expire?

Pump Princess has a 3 year expiration date from manufacturing. Please refer to the bottom of your bottle for specific expiration date.

I can't swallow capsules, how can I take these?

Some individuals who are not able to swallow capsules will open them and sprinkle the contents in a spoonful of applesauce or yogurt. It's best to not dilute them too much. Check out our Tea-tas or Lactivist!

How long should I take the product?

It varies! Some parents use our products for a short time to jump-start their supply and some parents take them for the duration of their breastfeeding journey.

Can I take this along with Sunflower Lecithin?

Absolutely and many parents do!

Do your products contain fillers?

Never. Our products are free of additives and fillers. All you will find in the capsules are the herbs listed on the back of the bottle.
