This lightweight portable massage roller can be used before, during, and after feeding and pumping. The smooth fingertip-like nubs massage the breast to encourage the flow of milk. Gentle massage increases oxytocin, the feel good hormone, and elicits milk let-down.

Use your breast massage roller to loosen any area of stuck milk to avoid or resolve plugged ducts. Gentle massage can also reduce pain by increasing blood circulation to the chest.

When to use:
Roll the massager over your breast tissue during and after feeding or pumping to relieve inflammation/engorgement. The textured roller stimulates stuck milk to flow and encourages lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling.

Use the massager before nursing:
  • To soften breast tissue, making it easier for your baby to latch more deeply and effectively at the breast
  • To reduce inflammation and engorgement
  • To encourage the release of oxytocin, triggering the let-down reflex and increasing milk flow

How to use:
Gently roll the Breast Massage Roller over your breast tissue to help stimulate and encourage breast milk flow. The roller can be used on dry skin or with food-grade oil. Its silicone base allows for easy cleaning.

Love this little thing!

I thought I had reviewed this item but...I guess I didn't? I like it...it's really convenient and does help get the clogs out! It honestly doesn't require a ton of pressure either and it travels well! I will probably still use it long after my breastfeeding journey is done because it does feel really nice! Don't press too hard though...it can feel a little pinchy if you do!

I love how easy this is to use and travel with

This thing is a lifesaver cause I was so tired of my rechargeable one dying overnight. This is great for those second morning pumps and just getting everything un-stiffened. Always keep it in my travel bag!

Does it work?

Yes! This massager does in fact work! You have to put in the work to gain the results!! It works best on bare skin and before pumping/nursing. I received this as a free gift, I’m very impressed!

Life changer

I’m so grateful for this roller as it has saved me from getting really bad duct clots at night. Massaging my breasts with this roller before each pump has def increase my output. Would highly recommend it.
