I really like the liquid gold/sunflower lecithin combo but I couldn’t resist getting this bundle as a new mom. I love the value of being able to try the different varieties for milk supply with out breaking my budget. The pump spray is really nice too, a little goes a long way and It’s Simple ingredients.

I would definitely recommend this as a gift for a new mom or for yourself as a new mom! One because clogged ducts hurt so much and the other pills help keep your supply up, the pumping spray is great definitely helped relieve the friction on my nippys
