I had mastitis twice right after my LO was born. My lactation consultant recommended finding a probiotic that contained Lactobacillus Fermentum. This was the only probiotic on the market I could find and it came from a reputable source! I’ve been happy with all products from Legendairy, including the sunflower lecithin.

I was having weekly clogged ducts and almost gave up on breastfeeding because of the constant clogs and mastitis. I was recommended this supplement and haven’t had a clogged duct since (been over a month, knock on wood) if you buy any supplements during your breast feeding journey, buy these!
