What’s your return policy?
We hope you are as excited with your purchase as we are! However, if you need to request a return, please review our Return Policy below.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
You may return any unopened with all seals intact and items not marked as final sale/ non-returnable for a refund of the item amount. Items must be returned to the address below within 30 days of the original delivery date. If the returned items arrive without meeting these conditions, they may not qualify for a refund. No exceptions.
The original shipping cost is not refundable.
After your return is marked delivered to our facility, please allow approximately 14 business days for the return to be posted to your original payment method. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
Only orders placed directly on legendairymilk.com/little-legends.com are eligible for Return/Refund by Legendairy Milk. Proof of purchase is required for any returned items. Please include your original order number and/or email address associated with your account inside the box with your return. Do not combine returns from multiple orders.
Legendairy Milk has no visibility into the financial transactions of Retail Locations. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items purchased outside of legendairymilk.com/little-legends.com, such at Target, Wal-Mart, or Other.*
If you purchased your products from a Retail Location, these items must be returned according to the specific Return/Refund Policy provided by the Retail Location. Please contact the Retail Location for more details about their Return/Refund Policy, and we appreciate your understanding.

Items marked as final sale/ non-returnable are NOT eligible for return.
All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
How long do I have to return my items?
All returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date. No exceptions. For more details, please see ‘How do I initiate a return?’
Do you provide a return label?
Return labels are not provided, but you are welcome to return the items using the carrier of your choice.
My return was accepted; when will I see my refund?
After we receive your return, please allow approximately 14 business days for the items to be processed and a refund issued to your original method of payment. Once issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival or were not received must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by the postal carrier. Claims submitted after this window (7 days) are not eligible for return. No exceptions.
To submit a claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photo of the product, including the Date and Lot Number if applicable. Not including this information may delay processing time.
If you purchased a product from a Retail Location, please contact the retailer directly for their Return/Refund Policy for damaged/defective products.
Can I exchange my purchase?
We do not offer direct exchanges, but you are welcome to return your item(s) following our return policy and place a new order for the new product of your choice.
Can I cancel/change my order?
Orders can not be changed/updated once submitted.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email email@example.com as soon as possible with your order number. We do our best to accommodate these requests as long as your order has not been fulfilled with a tracking number assigned.
To request an order cancellation, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER ######". Please include the email address associated with your order.
Address information cannot be changed once the order has been processed with a tracking number assigned.
Which items are final sale/non-returnable?
Returns for the items below, whether opened or unopened, are not accepted as they are considered Personal Use Items.

Sale and discounted items are NOT eligible for a return. Items marked as final sale/ non-returnable are NOT eligible for return.
Any opened products, including supplements, are not eligible for a return/refund.

Can I return a gift?
Gift returns are accepted for Store Credit Only with a valid Proof of Purchase. Store Credit is applied as Legendairy Points that can be redeemed in $1 increments. To ensure store credit can be applied, please Register for a Rewards Account at HERE. This credit will be added to your account once your return is received and approved.

All orders returned to sender by the carrier, including those due to an insufficient address, customer refusal, mailbox full, or any other reason not associated with Legendairy Milk, will be processed, and the item amount refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable.
