How do I initiate a return?
We hope you love your new Little Legends Apparel, but if you do find yourself needing to return any items please see the return process below:
Returned items must arrive in the original packaging with all tags intact, to the address below within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items must be clean and in unwashed, unworn condition. If the returned items arrive without meeting these conditions, they may not qualify for refund. No exceptions.
Original shipping cost is not refundable, and all returned orders will have a $5 restocking fee applied. No exceptions.
After your return is marked delivered to our facility, please allow approximately 14 business days for the return to be posted to your original method of payment. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase is required for all returned items. Only orders placed directly on legendairymilk.com / little-legends.com are eligible for Return/Refund.In the shipment box with your items, please include your original order number and/or email address associated with your account.
Do not combine returns from multiple orders in one box.
Items marked as final sale/ Non-Returnable/ or purchased using a Specialty* discount code or promotion are NOT eligible for a return.
All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

How long do I have to return my items?
All returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date. No exceptions. For more details on returning items, please see ‘How do I initiate a return?’.

Do you provide a return label?
Return labels are not provided, but you are welcome to return the items using the carrier of your choice.

My return was accepted; when will I see my refund?
After your returned items are received, please allow approximately 14 business days for processing. A refund will then be issued to your original payment method. You will also receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Original order and return shipping costs are non-refundable and all returned orders will have a $5 restocking fee applied.All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

What if my items are damaged or defective?
All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival or were not received must be submitted within 7 days of the date the items are marked delivered by the postal carrier. Claims submitted after this window (7 days) are not eligible for return. No exceptions.
To submit a claim, please email info@legendairymilk.com with your order number and photo of the product showing the damage/defective issue, and a photo of the printed product information from inside the apparel collar/label. Not including this information may delay processing time.

Can I exchange my purchase?
Due to limited supply we are not able to guarantee item availability and do not offer direct exchanges.
While we do not offer direct exchanges, you are welcome to return your items following our return policy and place a new order for your desired size or design.

Can I cancel/change my order?
Order Changes:
Orders can not be changed/updated once submitted. Please review all style, size, and quantity information prior to checkout.
Order Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order please email info@legendairymilk.com as soon as possible with your order number. We do our best to accommodate these requests, as long as your order has not been fulfilled with a tracking number assigned.
To request an order cancellation, please send an email to info@legendairymilk.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER ######". Please include the email address associated with your order.
Address Updates:We do our best to accommodate address change requests, as long as your order has not been fulfilled with a tracking number assigned.
To request an order address update, please send an email to info@legendairymilk.com with the subject line "ADDRESS UPDATE ######". Please include the email address associated with your order and the new address you wish to send your items to.

Which items are final sale/non-returnable?
Sale and discounted items are NOT eligible for a return.
Items marked as Final Sale/ Non-Returnable/ or purchased using a Specialty* discount code or promotion are NOT eligible for a return.
*Specialty discount codes/ promotions include but are not limited to Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, and other similar promotions.

Do you offer price adjustments?
Due to limited supply, we do not offer price adjustments. Be sure to sign up for notifications and follow us on our social media pages to receive product updates, including sales! Follow Us!

Can I return a gift?
Gift returns are accepted for Store Credit Only with a valid Proof of Purchase.
Store Credit is applied as Legendairy Points that can be redeemed in $1 increments. To ensure store credit can be applied, please Register for a Rewards Account here. This credit will be added to your account once your return is received and approved.

Others
All orders returned, including those due to insufficient address, customer refusal, mailbox full, or any other reason not associated with Legendairy Milk, will have a $5 restocking fee applied.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
