Game changer & life changing
Today is day 8 I have been taking the Liquid Gold and it completely changed my life. When I first started breastfeeding I had such a great supply was so much excess then I started pumping and bottle feeding a few times a day. When I was packing and moving I would have someone bottle feed and I didn’t replace those feeds with a pump around the same time got my first period and started a hormonal IUD and my supply went way down. I kept reaching into the freezer for milk and as my supply diminished I started feeling hopeless and my journey was about to end. I tried different supplements and cookies to improve my supply with little to no success. I’ve been working with a lactation consultant and asked for help. I was struggling to breastfeed as my baby preferred the bottle as it was quicker and less work and my breasts were no longer really full and easy for her to feed. Now on day 8 my breasts are fuller when I breastfeed my baby eats without difficulty and when I bottle feed her I pump for 20min and after I breastfeed her I also pump 10-20min, yesterday I pumped 20oz total for the day in addition to successfully breastfeeding my daughter several times. I am feeling hopeful again and less scared to leave my house as my baby will actually eat from me no problem again. I can’t say enough good things about this product. It really works

How do I know which products are right for me?

Here is our Product Comparison Chart. We all have unique body chemistries and sometimes a little trial and error is necessary to find the right lactation product for your body’s needs. We often suggest the bestseller bundle to start, so that you can test out 3 popular products at a reduced price.

What dosage should I take?

The suggested dose is 2 capsules, 3 times a day.

Why is this product not Gluten Free?

Goat's rue is not gluten-free. In order to get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Liquid Gold has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free without doing any lab testing at all. We don't believe the gluten content in Liquid Gold is high, but it still doesn't meet our strict testing standards.

When should I take the products?

3 times a day with a meal or a high-protein/healthy-fat snack. Many parents take them with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

What's the difference between Liquid Gold and Pump Princess?

Each product has a different main herbal galactagogue that is the heavy hitter and puts the blend in a league of its own. At the end of the day, both are designed to boost milk production. We all react differently to herbs and what works wonders for one individual may not have the same effect on another, so we have different formulas to help you find the right fit.

When does the product expire?

Liquid Gold has a 3 year expiration from the manufacturing date. Please refer to the bottom of your bottle for specific expiration date.

What are the benefits of this product?

The Liquid Gold formula may help address milk production issues by providing the benefits of mammary gland stimulation, insulin sensitizing, and/or and prolactin release. Liquid Gold contains mineral-rich nourishing herbs like milk thistle and alfalfa which will help support the whole body, and the traditional galactagogues like goat's rue, shatavari, and fennel may promote milk ejection, increase mammary tissue and stimulate prolactin release.

I can't swallow capsules, how can I take these?

Some individuals who are not able to swallow capsules will open them and sprinkle the contents in a spoonful of applesauce or yogurt. It's best to not dilute them too much.

Does this product increase fat content in milk?

Although a mother's diet doesn't affect the total amount of fat in breastmilk, it can influence the fatty acid composition. A diet rich in DHA and other polyunsaturated fatty acids will lead to an increased amount in breastmilk.

How long should I take the product?

It varies! Some parents use our products for a short time to jump-start their supply and some parents take them for the duration of their breastfeeding journey.

Can I combine supplements?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time!

Can I take this along with Sunflower Lecithin?

Absolutely and many parents do!

How long does it take to start working?

Some parents notice a change within a few days, but we recommend taking each product for at least 7-10 days.

Do your products contain fillers?

Never. Our products are free of additives and fillers. All you will find in the capsules are the herbs listed on the back of the bottle.

How soon after birth should I start taking the product?

For parents with a history of low milk supply in a previous breastfeeding journey, beginning the supplements immediately postpartum may be appropriate. For first-time parents, however, we usually suggest playing it by ear and reaching out to us if milk supply concerns develop.

How should I store this product?

The products should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Are these safe to take while Pregnant?

Out of an abundance of caution, we don't recommend taking Liquid Gold while pregnant. Cash Cow however, can be taken after 36 weeks of pregnancy.
