I had a very stubborn clogged duct for a week, that turned into mastitis- chills, fever, body ache. I was losing hope that my clog would unclog since I had it for so long and it seemed to be getting worse. Thankfully, I remembered I had liquid sunflower lecithin and started taking it. On the third day of taking it. the clog finally went away! This product saved me. It does not taste great, but that can be overlooked because the results are well worth it!

Using this while I’m weaning and it’s been a huge help in preventing clogs. The taste isn’t great but taking a shot of it and chugging water def helps!

Finally a Legendairy Milk product that works for me! I tried Cash Cow, Pump Princess, Liquid Gold, Milkapalooza and Lactivist without the best results. I started taking the Sunflower Lecithin 4 months pp because I noticed I only had one stream of milk coming out and had blocked ducts twice. Within 1-2 days I had my streams of milk back. I take half a teaspoon every day to maintain my ducts unclogged and I am now 5.5 months pp and haven't had blocked ducts or 1 stream of milk since I started taking this. I do not mind at all the taste or consistency of the product, it really does taste like sunflower seeds.

This helped my clogged ducts so much! So happy that they offer this in liquid form, as I suck at swallowing big pills. I saw results within about 6 hours of taking it!
