What Makes Us Different

The main ingredient in Lactivist® is torbangun, an incredible herb that is traditionally consumed as a soup to promote postpartum recovery and abundant breast milk production. It’s also rich in vitamins and minerals like calcium, magnesium and iron to help with postpartum fatigue and enrich milk quality. In one clinical study, three groups of 25 women each were given fenugreek, torbangun or B12 for 30 days. The torbangun group saw a 65% increase in breastmilk volume in the last 2 weeks of the study. This increase was much higher than with the groups receiving B12 or fenugreek which were only 10% and 20% respectively.

    Breastfeeding over a year

    My little on is 15 months old and I am now making as much milk as I did when he was 3 months old. It tastes delicious, is easy to take, and increased my supply. I recommend this along with the nutritional yeast.

    I saw this product was consistently sold out so I 100% bought three bottles when it came back in stock purely because of the hype around it.

    To be clear I can’t say for a fact that it increased my supply because I also take Milkapalooza religiously BUT I can say that I’ve tried Liquid Gold, Pump Princess and all the teas, shakes and boobie snacks - the ONLY combination that keeps my supply regular and plentiful is eating oatmeal daily, hydrating with LMNT, taking Milkapalooza and adding in this Lactivist tincture. It helps promote hydration and I’ve hit the 6 month “slump” and haven’t had a noticed any decline. I’m super happy with Legendairy’s products and recommend them to everyone - you just have to find your fit!
