In this article, we'll guide you through a simple three-step process to help you alleviate the discomfort of a blocked milk duct. It involves preparing a warm and soothing mixture using a soft silicone pump, warm water, and a tablespoon of Epsom salt.

Step 1:

Fill a soft silicone pump with warm water and a tablespoon of Epsom salt.

Step 2:

Attach the silicone pump to the affected breast so it can draw out the blockage. You can do this for about 10-15 minutes up to 4x a day. If you don’t have Epsom salt, try using this in the shower where you can continuously fill it with warm water and then suction it to the affected breast.

Step 3:

Take our Organic Sunflower Lecithin! For clogged ducts, take 1 softgel 3-4 times daily. For daily maintenance, take 1 softgel 2 times daily.

This came just in time. I had a horrible clogged duct that would not go away. Some sunflower lecithin tablets, a silicone pump, and a few epsom salt baths later and it was completely gone! Thank you!
