Helped My Supply
These supplements were recommended to me by the lactation consultant after a nasty mastitis that tanked my supply. I tried Liquid Gold with little improvement. Next I tried Cash Cow with some improvement in supply. Finally I tried Pump Princess and I have seen results after just a few days! Not only have a noticed an increase in supply, but I have more let downs during a pumping session.

Best supplement!
MILKAPALOOZA is amazing, this supplement allowed us to finally stop supplementing with formula! I originally tried the best seller bundle, and liquid gold provided similar results for me too! Pump princess wasn’t as helpful for me. But I would HIGHLY recommend milkapalooza or liquid gold to anyone trying to up their supply. So grateful to legendairy milk for helping me along my breastfeeding journey

So glad I found this!
I’ve struggled with low supply since my baby was born, I got to the point where I was usually only getting about half an ounce, combined, every time I double pumped. Using Liquid Gold as directed, I usually get 1.5 to 2 ounces per double pump (I pump every three or so hours), and frequently get more like 3 ounces. This probably doesn’t sound like much, but being able to give my child 11 or more ounces a day of expressed milk means the world to me.

What order should I take the products in?

Liquid Gold or Milkapalooza are favorite starting points for most parents.

Can I take all three at once?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. We all have very unique body chemistries so trying them individually can help determine what works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time! Some parents alternate between products throughout the day, alternate days, or combine the dosage of each daily. It may require a few tries to find the perfect combination for your body.

Why is the bundle not gluten-free?

Goat's rue, found in Liquid Gold, is not gluten-free. To get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10 ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Liquid Gold has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue, and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free. We don't believe the gluten content is high, but it doesn't meet our strict testing standards.
