Can I take it while I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Absolutely! She’s Thirsty was designed with pregnant and breastfeeding mamas in mind, plus all women who need a little hydration boost.

Does it taste salty?

You’ve probably seen electrolyte powders that are all about the salt, the salt, and nothing but the salt. We set out to develop a mix that provides all of the hydrating goodness, but with a larger focus on some of the other necessary electrolytes like Potassium, which is naturally occurring in our Coconut Water base. Plus, we wanted it to taste light and refreshing - not like drinking ocean water!

Is it gritty?

She’s Thirsty dissolves well in water! There may be a bit of powder sediment left after mixing, but a quick stir should do the trick.

Can kids take it?

We always recommend checking with your healthcare provider to determine what’s best for you and your family! The % daily values you’ll find on the back of the bag are for ages 4+.

Will it taste like coconut since it contains coconut?

She’s Thirsty comes in three tasty flavors - Strawberry Lemonade, Watermelon, and Retro Pop! You’ll get all the benefits of Coconut Water, without its flavor coming through.

Does it contain artificial sweeteners?

No! She’s Thirsty contains no added sugars and gets its natural sweetness from Stevia Leaf Extract, Monk Fruit, and Coconut Water Powder.

How often can I drink it?

One packet of She’s Thirsty can be mixed with 16 fl oz of water as needed to support hydration. In situations where you are losing more fluids—like during intense exercise, hot weather, or illness—you can increase your daily intake up to 4 servings. It's essential to not over-consume, as too many electrolytes (particularly Sodium) can have negative effects. We happen to have significantly less Sodium compared to other leading brands. Always consider your individual health conditions or consult with a healthcare professional if unsure!

    Absolutely Amazing!

    I live in Phoenix Az. Since my second trimester, the start of summer I was looking for additional supplement’s to mix with my water. I wanted to make sure I stayed hydrated at all times… I tried regular IV mix packs and let me say that I was not a fan of the taste at all! I came across this and read the reviews! And decided to purchase them! I came across some reviews about the flavors. My first order was the watermelon and strawberry lemonade bundle. The box itself is very pretty! I was impressed! My first try was the watermelon flavor and let me say how I instantly fell in-love with the taste and flavor! Right off the back it was very soft and tasted very smooth/natural. I tried to drink as much water as I could. But honestly it was sometimes hard. But with the Mix I went from drinking 1- 1 1/2 cups of my 40oz hydro to drinking 3 full cups in a day! I was very proud of myself! Then I moved on and switched the flavors every other day. To just get something different, to not get tired of the same flavor and keep going with the water intake. At first, I did also love the strawberry lemonade flavor. It was very refreshing. But after 2 weeks I was no longer a fan of it. I felt like it had an after taste that just stayed stuck in my mouth… So I finally finished both packs no matter what I felt tours the strawberry lemonade. lol…

    Our favorite / not just for women!

    My husband and I love these electrolyte mix packets. They are delicious and are not full of junk. The individual packets make it super easy to pack in our lunch boxes to stay hydrated through out the day. Our favorites are the Strawberry Lemonade and Retro Pop.
