I've made the smoothie recipe on the back of the bag apart of my morning routine. It's delicious, I can't taste the yeast at all, and it's helping my milk supply.

I like to make lactation cookies so I decided to try legendairy Milk's new brewer yeast powder and I love it. I can feel the increase of milk supply at night when I eat a cookie as my treat at night. I highly recommend it. As far as flavor I wasn't a big fan of it in my Smoothie so I'll stick to my baked cookies.

I LOVE this brewers yeast! It hardly has flavor which is a great thing. I baked lactation cookies with it and just added it directly to my oatmeal this morning. The flavor was very mild, hardly noticeable and tasty! I tried a different brand with my first born and it was gross. Made everything you added to it taste like beer. I was hesitant to try this after that experience and I’m so glad I did! It’s boosting my supply thankfully since it’s dipped a little bit 4 months pp. I also will add that it will make you very thirsty, which is good! However, I noticed my 3 year old after having a cookie was also incredibly thirsty, so keep that in mind with littles because I notice if you don’t drink a lot your mouth becomes dry (I drink 120oz a day). So worth the money!

I've been adding a tablespoon to my morning smoothie, and I don't taste it at all. I haven't tried baking lactation treats with it yet, but I'm sure it will work perfectly.

Seriously when we say there’s no yucky taste we mean it! This morning I baked banana bread with chocolate chips and brewer’s yeast! My kids dug into it before I could even get a picture! When the kids eat it without complaining you know the taste is not like the others!
