How To Use

Add 1 stick pack to 8-12 fl oz of water and mix thoroughly. Adjust water to taste.

Because She’s Glowing contains Collagen and Fiber, a little extra care during mixing can make a big difference in your experience.

For best results, we recommend the following:

  • Start by using about ⅓ of the total water and make sure it's lukewarm
  • Add 1 stick pack of She’s Glowing
  • Stir or shake well (immediately) to fully disperse the powder
  • Top off with cold water and mix again

Pro tip: A shaker bottle or handheld frother can also help create an even smoother texture.

What to expect: Some minor clumping or settling is normal, especially when mixed into cold liquids or added all at once. This does not impact the quality or effectiveness of the product. If needed, gently break up any powder with a spoon or give it another shake or stir. For the best experience, enjoy shortly after mixing. If it sits, simply remix before sipping. Shaking or blending may create light foam, which is normal and will settle quickly.

    This is my golden ticket!

    I am so glad I started using She’s Glowing! I can see a noticeable difference in the plumping of my skin. As a mom in her late 30s it’s important to me to incorporate collagen into my daily routine for both health and beauty purposes. The added fiber is a huge win as well considering most of us don’t get our daily needed intake of fiber. Just ordered my second box and will continue to use this in my Legendairy supplement routine. I like the flavor a lot but I would love love love to see it in Cotton Candy!

    My Skin Feels More Hydrated!

    I’ve been drinking She’s Glowing every day for the past four weeks, and it quickly became a little ritual I genuinely looked forward to, especially as an afternoon treat because the tropical flavor is so good. I mix it with a handheld frother, and that works well! Around week two, I noticed my skin starting to feel more hydrated, and by week three, I was feeling noticeably glowier overall. My skin stayed clear, felt healthier, and just looked more refreshed. Now at week four, that glow is still going strong!     BUY THIS!!!

    I have been taking She's Glowing daily for almost two months now. My skin feels hydrated and I've already gotten several compliments on it. It's super easy to mix, I just fill my cup with ice and add a bit of water, shake it up, then add more water. The flavor is light, not overpowering or too sweet and it's not gritty at all from the fiber.
