I take this daily to prevent clogs. My slacker boob tends to back up, and this has prevented me from getting mastitis while traveling, when I'm unable to stick to my normal pumping schedule. The gel caps are large, but thankfully, not difficult to swallow. Much better than the powder form I was taking prior to discovering this product!

I picked this up from Target after multiple reviews on it and learning the magic of Sunflower Lecithin. After taking it all day by next day my clog duct was gone !!! It is fast acting and is a good preventative for clogged ducts.. I take this every day.
