I’m extremely prone to clogged ducts and had one almost every day. When I take this religiously they really don’t come and I feel like I can go just that little bit extra without feeling extremely hard and in pain.

I started using this when I had a clogged duct. It helped quickly and now I take it daily. A bonus side effect was that I started seeing more fat in my milk! Helpful as my little one was slow to gain back birth weight.

Love to use this sunflower lecithin for every day maintenance. After getting mastitis, I will do anything to prevent it from coming back again. I take this every day, twice a day to prevent any clogged milk ducts. It works great!!
