Before i used to make like maybe 16oz a day and would need to supplement, so far these seem to be working, milkapalooza somewhat worked for me but liquid gold works really good for me, i went from needing to supplement to no longer needing to. My baby would take around 25–30oz a day and now i make just enough or a little extra and it feels good to be able to do that for him

As someone who has struggled everyday of postpartum with milk supply I am finally able to have some days of success. These supplements have given me hope in my self. Must try for all moms. Being able to try all the supplements allowed me to find what works best for me. Extremely helpful after mastitis.

I really like these supplements! I take sunflower lecithin twice a day now for precautionary reasons and I haven’t had a clogged milk duct, so it works! I’ve tried the liquid gold and pump princess and they both helped my supply!!I’ve still yet to try milkapalooza, but if the results are anything like the others, I’ll be pleased. These work and I would definitely order again.
