How to use your Duette™ Dual Electric Pump

  1. First, attach your tubing connectors to the Duette pump.
  2. Press and hold the on and off button to turn the pump on.
  3. Your Duette Breast Pump will always start with a level 1 suction and level 3 speed. 
  4. You can operate on the left, right, or Duette mode using the Side Selection Button. Press the side selection button to choose which side you want to pump or if you want to pump on both sides.
  5. You can pause and resume during a pumping session using the Play/Pause button.
  6. In the middle, under the timer, it’ll display the different icons to let you know what pumping phase you are on. The first drop lets you know you’re in the stimulation phase. Press the pumping phase button to change the settings. Now you’re in the Expression Phase, Rapid Phase, and Auto loop (which automatically alternates between stimulation and expression phases).
  7. Adjust the speed settings separately for the left and right sides by pressing the Speed buttons. You can go up to a level 3.
  8. Adjust the suction settings separately for the left and rights sides by pressing the “+” or “-” suction buttons. Please note, you can only do one side at a time. You can go up to a suction level of 9.
  9. The Duette Pump also features a “mute” button on the left side of the pump. Mute the sounds by pressing the “+” and “-” buttons at the same time. You will see the mute icon displayed on the top of the screen. Now when you press the buttons, you can no longer hear any beeping. Press both buttons again to deactivate.
  10. The Duette Pump also features a “child-lock” function on the right side of the pump. Activate the child-lock function by pressing the “+” and “-” buttons at the same time. The lock icon will display on top of the screen. Now when you try to push any of the buttons, any settings cannot be changed. Press both buttons again to deactivate.
  11. To turn off your Duette pump, long press the on/off button.
