    Gassy baby - try this

    I tried this and I feel it made a positive difference in my babies early gas issues. Thankfully they stopped so I haven't needed to keep taking this one but there was a noticeable difference in her night time crying and needing gas drops for relief.

    Wish I would have bought SOONER!

    Ive always been a “Just enough” kinda gal when it came to my supply. My body has a hard time responding to a pump. I have always had smaller babies. I’m on baby number 5, breastfed all of them. I’ve seen these products sense 2011! I never put the investment into myself. My milk. But I’m glad I did now! I have a 1.5 month old baby, and she is so fat because of the dedication I put into this product! Worth it! I’ll definitely promote this in my coaching class!(repeat review due to exact outcome)

    Works!

    So excited I’m finally able to build a freezer stash! I’m exclusively pumping due to latching issues. After working so hard to establish my milk supply, I got a bad case of mastitis in both breast at 1 week postpartum and my supply plummeted. I went from 2oz per breast to barely getting 10-15ml. Tried lactation teas with little improvement and my baby got terribly painful gas. Milk production improved same day after starting this supplement. I finally started producing ounces and my baby doesn’t get gassy. I noticed she spits up way less and her stomach hasn’t been so hard. The supplements are pricey but worth it. I will continue to do a maintenance daily dose to help with her gas and reflux.

    The best!

    I have tried a few other products and they all helped my supply stay up but once I returned to work I was getting 1-2 ounces less a pump and I decided to try this again and now we are back on track!

FAQs

How do I know which products are right for me?

We all have unique body chemistries and sometimes a little trial and error is necessary to find the right lactation product for your body’s needs. We often suggest a bestseller bundle to start, so that you can test out 3 popular products at a reduced price.

Why is this not Gluten-Free?

Goat's rue is not gluten-free. In order to get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Lechita has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free. We don't believe the gluten content is high, but it still doesn't meet our strict testing standards.

What are the benefits of this product?

The herbs in Lechita have been shown to aid in digestive support for parents and babies, ease gassiness, offer calming effects and assist with milk flow and let-downs.

Can I combine supplements?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. We all have very unique body chemistries so trying them individually can help determine what works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time! Some parents alternate between products throughout the day, alternate days, or combine the dosage of each daily. It may require a few tries to find the perfect combination for your body.

How long does it take to start working?

Some parents notice a change within a few days, but we recommend taking each product for at least 7-10 days.

How soon after birth should I start taking the product?

For parents with a history of low milk supply in a previous breastfeeding journey, beginning the supplements immediately postpartum may be appropriate. For first-time parents however, we usually suggest playing it by ear and reaching out to us if milk supply concerns develop.

Are these safe to take while pregnant?

Out of an abundance of caution, we don't recommend taking Lechita while pregnant. Cash Cow however, can be taken after 36 weeks of pregnancy.

What time of day should I take the products?

3 times a day with a meal or a high-protein/healthy-fat snack. Many parents take them with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

When does the product expire?

Lechita has a 3 year expiration date from manufacturing. Please refer to the bottom of your bottle for specific expiration date.

I can't swallow capsules, how can I take these?

Some individuals who are not able to swallow capsules will open them and sprinkle the contents in a spoonful of applesauce or yogurt. It's best to not dilute them too much.

How long should I take the product?

It varies! Some parents use our products for a short time to jump-start their supply and some parents take them for the duration of their breastfeeding journey.

Can I take this along with Sunflower Lecithin?

Absolutely and many parents do!

Do your products contain fillers?

Never. Our products are free of additives and fillers. All you will find in the capsules are the herbs listed on the back of the bottle.

How should I store this product?

We recommend storing the products in a cool, dry place.
