What Makes Us Different

The main ingredient in Lactivist® is torbangun, an incredible herb that is traditionally consumed as a soup to promote postpartum recovery and abundant breast milk production. It’s also rich in vitamins and minerals like calcium, magnesium and iron to help with postpartum fatigue and enrich milk quality. In one clinical study, three groups of 25 women each were given fenugreek, torbangun or B12 for 30 days. The torbangun group saw a 65% increase in breastmilk volume in the last 2 weeks of the study. This increase was much higher than with the groups receiving B12 or fenugreek which were only 10% and 20% respectively.

    Miracle in a bottle!

    I've been using Lactivist for just about two weeks and my supply has doubled! The taste is better than expected. Almost a sweet smokey flavor. I'll never not use this as long as I'm pumping!

    I enjoy it

    I enjoy the taste of this one, I know there are mixed reviews and the stopper. There have been drops that escape but overall easy to dose and use. My IBCLC complimented my milk fat content and I feel this helped play a role in that. My milk has always been a nice gold color and I believe this has impacted it. My baby is obsessed with straight from the source

    If I had any doubts about whether this was supporting my supply, those were erased when I ran out for 5 days - my supply dropped by half - and then doubled when I stocked up again.
