What order should I take the products in?

Liquid Gold or Milkapalooza are favorite starting points for most parents.

Can I take all three at once?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. We all have very unique body chemistries so trying them individually can help determine what works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time! Some parents alternate between products throughout the day, alternate days, or combine the dosage of each daily. It may require a few tries to find the perfect combination for your body.

Why is the bundle not gluten-free?

Goat's rue, found in Liquid Gold, is not gluten-free. To get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10 ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Liquid Gold has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue, and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free. We don't believe the gluten content is high, but it doesn't meet our strict testing standards.

    Glad I have it a try

    Milkapalooza has been a total lifesaver for me. Everyone’s breastfeeding journey is different, but with the support of an IBCLC and incorporating Milkapalooza into my routine, I saw a noticeable increase in my milk supply. It gave me peace of mind and a confidence boost when I needed it most. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a little extra support.

    Works!!!

    I bought this at my local Walmart not even 24 hours later and hello to the boost in breast milk will be taking this product for the remainder of my breast feeding journey!

    It works so well

    It worked very well for me. However, it stopped working the day I stopped. Even after resuming it, I have not regained the initial milk volumes I had originally gained when I first started it. Unsure if this has happened to others (nothing else has changed).

    Let me justsay, they are GREAT! YOU WONT REGRET THEM!

    I came across the prenatal very early on of my pregnancy. I decided to order and give them a try due to the reviews it had. At the moment I ordered my second box, I decided to just go ahead and have a monthly subscription with them! 🥰

    Morning prenatal: I read a lot about the fresh citrus smell and also about being able to taste the fish oil. Honestly, it doesn’t bother me. After the 1st week I felt like the citrus fresh smell wasn’t as strong as it was when I opened the bottle the first time. I was worried about the fish oil smell/ taste. But I feel like you can see the difference if you take them right after a full meal and when you are drinking lots of water. It almost didn’t even smell or had the after taste. It did happen once or twice, that I was fully able to taste them due to not having a full meal and my water intake wasn’t as much. It’s very light on my stomach. I don’t get any stomach aches after. I do take both at a time after one meal. I notice my urine wasn’t bright compare to my previous prenatal I was taking.

    Night Prenatal: It’s a must! I do not go to sleep at night without taking it! The smell is not the best but again after a week it did not bother me none. Or even the taste. Again, I bought this very early on in my pregnancy. One thing I noticed right off the back was how I got such good sleep/ rest at night. I am a full time worker. When coming home and working the 2nd full time job with the house lol I was beat by the end of the night. But still…
