What Makes Us Different

The main ingredient in Lactivist® is torbangun, an incredible herb that is traditionally consumed as a soup to promote postpartum recovery and abundant breast milk production. It’s also rich in vitamins and minerals like calcium, magnesium and iron to help with postpartum fatigue and enrich milk quality. In one clinical study, three groups of 25 women each were given fenugreek, torbangun or B12 for 30 days. The torbangun group saw a 65% increase in breastmilk volume in the last 2 weeks of the study. This increase was much higher than with the groups receiving B12 or fenugreek which were only 10% and 20% respectively.

    From low supplier to almost just enougher

    I have literally tried EVERYTHING to increase my supply except fenugreek because I have hashimotos and can't take it. I'm 7 weeks pp and nothing worked, liquid gold, chamomile tea, hydration, calories, massaging, heat, oatmeal for days, etc. I didn't really notice an increase at first but can safely say now 10 days in I've gone from making about 10-12oz a day to making 20oz a day!!! Hoping soon I'll be a just enougher 😁

    Breastfeeding over a year

    My little on is 15 months old and I am now making as much milk as I did when he was 3 months old. It tastes delicious, is easy to take, and increased my supply. I recommend this along with the nutritional yeast.
