I think this has really helped the flow of my milk. I feel like it's a smoother and more powerful flow. Also, I actually really like the flavor. Tastes just like sunflower seeds. I was worried about the texture, but it's similar to honey. Not bad at all. I have no problem taking this every day!

This stuff has saved me from mastitis multiple times! It keeps the clogs away. I can’t swallow a pill so I take this one. The new container does tend to spill when it comes in the package. The large opening makes it dry out faster too. If used to be in a bottle and people were complaining you couldn’t get it all out. But I figured they would want the feedback on this container!

I had a very stubborn clogged duct for a week, that turned into mastitis- chills, fever, body ache. I was losing hope that my clog would unclog since I had it for so long and it seemed to be getting worse. Thankfully, I remembered I had liquid sunflower lecithin and started taking it. On the third day of taking it. the clog finally went away! This product saved me. It does not taste great, but that can be overlooked because the results are well worth it!
