    So glad I found this!

    I’ve struggled with low supply since my baby was born, I got to the point where I was usually only getting about half an ounce, combined, every time I double pumped. Using Liquid Gold as directed, I usually get 1.5 to 2 ounces per double pump (I pump every three or so hours), and frequently get more like 3 ounces. This probably doesn’t sound like much, but being able to give my child 11 or more ounces a day of expressed milk means the world to me.

    Wow - It Really Works!!

    My baby was lip tied and we were waiting to get the “release” done. In that short time from birth till her appointment at about 3 weeks of age, i went from super engorged breasts to super flat almost no milk and around the 2 week old mark. At that time i started to pump to help increase my supply. Then a friend told me about this supplement and she brought me over a days “dosage” to help kick start my supply while i was pumping and nursing. Even after a day i noticed an increase in supply after taking supplement. I quickly ordered two months worth of Liquid Gold. Been taking daily (and bought the silicone breast shield inserts 17mm) and I’ve seen an even bigger increase in my output! I went from barely getting an ounce in the pump to now sometimes getting up to 6 oz pumped from each breast!!! I always breastfeed my baby before pumping and I’m still getting a TON of milk even after a feed. This stuff works for me. Would highly recommend! Also those silicone breast shield inserts made a big difference too - noticed more output and a lot less discomfort on pump once i had a properly sized Flange. Get those too!!

FAQs

How do I know which products are right for me?

Here is our Product Comparison Chart. We all have unique body chemistries and sometimes a little trial and error is necessary to find the right lactation product for your body’s needs. We often suggest the bestseller bundle to start, so that you can test out 3 popular products at a reduced price.

What dosage should I take?

The suggested dose is 2 capsules, 3 times a day.

Why is this product not Gluten Free?

Goat's rue is not gluten-free. In order to get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Liquid Gold has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free without doing any lab testing at all. We don't believe the gluten content in Liquid Gold is high, but it still doesn't meet our strict testing standards.

When should I take the products?

3 times a day with a meal or a high-protein/healthy-fat snack. Many parents take them with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

What's the difference between Liquid Gold and Pump Princess?

Each product has a different main herbal galactagogue that is the heavy hitter and puts the blend in a league of its own. At the end of the day, both are designed to boost milk production. We all react differently to herbs and what works wonders for one individual may not have the same effect on another, so we have different formulas to help you find the right fit.

When does the product expire?

Liquid Gold has a 3 year expiration from the manufacturing date. Please refer to the bottom of your bottle for specific expiration date.

What are the benefits of this product?

The Liquid Gold formula may help address milk production issues by providing the benefits of mammary gland stimulation, insulin sensitizing, and/or and prolactin release. Liquid Gold contains mineral-rich nourishing herbs like milk thistle and alfalfa which will help support the whole body, and the traditional galactagogues like goat's rue, shatavari, and fennel may promote milk ejection, increase mammary tissue and stimulate prolactin release.

I can't swallow capsules, how can I take these?

Some individuals who are not able to swallow capsules will open them and sprinkle the contents in a spoonful of applesauce or yogurt. It's best to not dilute them too much.

Does this product increase fat content in milk?

Although a mother's diet doesn't affect the total amount of fat in breastmilk, it can influence the fatty acid composition. A diet rich in DHA and other polyunsaturated fatty acids will lead to an increased amount in breastmilk.

How long should I take the product?

It varies! Some parents use our products for a short time to jump-start their supply and some parents take them for the duration of their breastfeeding journey.

Can I combine supplements?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time!

Can I take this along with Sunflower Lecithin?

Absolutely and many parents do!

How long does it take to start working?

Some parents notice a change within a few days, but we recommend taking each product for at least 7-10 days.

Do your products contain fillers?

Never. Our products are free of additives and fillers. All you will find in the capsules are the herbs listed on the back of the bottle.

How soon after birth should I start taking the product?

For parents with a history of low milk supply in a previous breastfeeding journey, beginning the supplements immediately postpartum may be appropriate. For first-time parents, however, we usually suggest playing it by ear and reaching out to us if milk supply concerns develop.

How should I store this product?

The products should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Are these safe to take while Pregnant?

Out of an abundance of caution, we don't recommend taking Liquid Gold while pregnant. Cash Cow however, can be taken after 36 weeks of pregnancy.
