I take all of the main bundle supplements right now and I feel like I have more let downs and higher milk production since. I didn't follow advice and started a few at the same time so it's hard to say the specific effects of this one in particular but I feel it's been helpful.

I usually just stick to the liquid gold,but this one caught my eye so I decided to try it and I love it. I was able to tell a big difference especially with my slacker boob. I recommend it if you do have a slacker book would will see a difference even if it's a little more than your usual pump amount. That little bit makes a difference.

After 2 months of trying to nurse, I ended up needing to pump exclusively and it was a big change for me to need to produce milk without a baby attached to me!
