    I was diagnosed with PCOS and experience frequent irregular periods. I read great things about Myo & D-Chiro Inositol on PCOS forums and google showed so many companies supplying this product. I was so happy to see Legendary Milk producing these capsules because I used their products with both of my pregnancies and always had great results. I am on day 4 of taking the daily capsules and boom, I started my period (2 months late). I haven’t had any negative side effects these past 4 days. The capsules have no smell or taste and are easy to swallow.

    I have been having issues with my menstrual cycle being irregular while pumping- I do have Hashimotos. Which is a headache in itself. I did a lot of research and found that this supplement is very beneficial for irregular cycles, PCOS, metaboloc disorders, the list goes on. Even my OBGYN said I was taking a great supplement. I love the fact it is once a day. I take enough pumping supplements 2x to 3x a day. I didn't need to add more. This is 1 and done. Lol. It can be a little chalky- so sometimes I need a sip of water after. I do not mind the cherry flavor (better then a tums). The picture I attached for size reference is next to a mam newborn pacifier.

  • Finally found the electrolyte mix for me!

    I tried all of the popular electrolyte mixed during pregnancy and postpartum. I didn’t like most of them because I could taste the salt. I finally ended up drinking regular sports drinks but didn’t feel great about it. Then, She’s Thirsty came out. I absolutely love it and feel good about putting it in my body! My toddler also loves the “magic drink”. But I try to save it for myself as a lactating mama. I already reordered some. I only wish they had more flavors.

    I absolutely love this product! I’ve used this brand during my early postpartum stages with breastfeeding, and now at close to a year after birth I am still loving them.
