I was told the B vitamins are what give you the energy boost, and I really can tell a difference since starting to drink this! A full packet was a little too strong flavor-wise & seemed to be too much for my baby’s stomach so I do one half at a time (which helps with the cost too). Love the strawberry lemonade flavor!
