In this Latching & Positioning 101 class, you will learn about different breastfeeding positions, how to get comfortable in each one, and what to keep in mind to help you set your baby up for latching.

To do this, we will talk about your baby’s anatomy, reflexes used for feeding, and what is biologically normal when it comes to positioning, latching, and feeding.

You will learn what can help or get in the way of the positioning & latching process, how to avoid potential problems, and what to do when you and your baby are experiencing breastfeeding challenges.

Tips & tricks will be shared along the way for positioning and latching success!

    Worthwhile!!

    The instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful in her teaching. I was able to take away some very helpful tips that I will be forever grateful for.

    So helpful!!

    Whether you’re a 1st time mom or not, this class is a super helpful refresher on positioning and covers details you don’t get in the hospital. The visuals with breast & baby puppets make it easy to understand how baby should be latching. Definitely signing up for 1 on 1 consultation after this.

    Informative and helpful

    The class was full of interesting and helpful information. We were encouraged to ask questions throughout and at the end of each segment the questions were answered.
