What's the difference between Subscribe + Save and One-Time Purchase?
Subscribe + Save: Get a discount on your favorite products when you sign up for auto-delivery. This way, you’ll always have the product you want… when you want it and you will NEVER pay full price again.
One-Time Purchase: Try your favorite products through one-time purchase(s). If you’re satisfied with your purchase and want to take advantage of greater savings and subscriber benefits, you can conveniently subscribe and save through our website.
How can I modify my order?
If your order has not yet shipped and you would like to make changes such as updating the shipment interval, adding more product, canceling, skipping or pausing any future orders, you can do so by logging into the customer portal.
When will my shipment arrive?
Your first shipment will process like any normal order placed through our website. We aim to fulfill all orders within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday) and get them sent out as soon as possible!
All future subscription orders will ship out 1, 3, or 6 months after your first order ships depending on the frequency that you select when checking out. Don’t worry, will make sure to notify you in advance before we ship your product.
Can I add a one time product to my order? How?
Yes! Once you’ve logged into your customer portal, you’ll be able to see a list of eligible products you can add as a one time product to your subscription. If added on a one-time basis, the product will appear in your subscription as a “one time purchase”.
How do I update my payment information?
If you receive an email notifying you of a failed payment, simply click the call to action in the email and it’ll take you to the payment method update page.If you didn’t receive an email, you can simply login to the customer portal and click “edit” next to billing.
Can I pause my subscription if I go on vacation?
Yes. You can Pause or Skip your subscription within the customer portal.
