Legendairy Milk Women's Health Rebate Terms and Conditions

Program Overview

Legendairy Milk is offering reimbursement for qualifying purchases of Legendairy Milk Women's Health products purchased at Walmart. Every customer who submits a qualifying purchase will receive reimbursement until we reach $100,000 in total Legendairy Milk Women's Health reimbursements. All information must be submitted through our designated Google Form to be eligible for reimbursement.

Program Dates and Duration

Start Date & Time: Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST
End Date & Time: Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST

Only purchases made within this timeframe will be eligible for reimbursement. Purchases made before or after these dates will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. Legendairy Milk reserves the right to adjust the timeframe at their sole discretion. The duration of the rebate event is subject to change without prior notice at Legendairy Milk's discretion.

Qualifying Products

This rebate applies exclusively to the following Legendairy Milk Women's Health Line products:

Legendairy Milk Myo & D-Chiro Inositol Chewables
Legendairy Milk Myo & D-Chiro Inositol Capsules
Legendairy Milk Sugar Babe
Legendairy Milk Mane Event
Legendairy Milk Girl's Gotta Go
Legendairy Milk She's Sleepy
Legendairy Milk Hot Girl Ish
Legendairy Milk Smitten Kitten

Only purchases of these specific Legendairy Milk Women's Health products are eligible for reimbursement.

Qualifying Retailer

Walmart only. Purchases must be made at Walmart through any of the following methods:

Online purchases through Walmart.com
In-store purchases at Walmart locations
Curbside pickup orders from Walmart

Purchases from any other retailer are not eligible for this rebate program.

Reimbursement Limits

Total Program Limit: $100,000 total value across all participants
Per Person Limit: Maximum of 6 Legendairy Milk Women's Health products per person across all receipts submitted
Receipt Submission: Each receipt can only be submitted once for reimbursement, must be itemized and display the full receipt
Multiple Receipts: Participants may submit multiple receipts, provided the total number of qualifying products does not exceed 6 products per person

What Will Be Reimbursed

Legendairy Milk will reimburse the line item cost of the qualifying Legendairy Milk Women's Health products only, as shown on the itemized receipt. The following are NOT included in reimbursement:

Shipping costs
Sales tax
Any other fees or charges
Non-qualifying products

Receipt Requirements

To be eligible for reimbursement, the itemized receipts must clearly display:

Full, complete itemized receipt displaying items purchased and cost of those items - partial receipts will not be accepted
Walmart as the retailer
The specific Legendairy Milk Women's Health product(s) purchased with cost of goods
Date of purchase (must fall within program dates)
Total amount paid
All receipt information must be clearly visible and legible

Receipts that do not meet these requirements will result in reimbursement denial.

Submission Process

All submissions must be made through Legendairy Milk's designated Google Form. No other submission methods will be accepted. Participants are responsible for ensuring all required information is accurately provided in the submission form.

Reimbursement Method and Timeline

Payment Method: PayPal only
Processing Time: Reimbursements will be sent within 5-7 business days from the date of submission, provided all requirements are met

Participants must have a valid PayPal account to receive reimbursement. Legendairy Milk is not responsible for any issues related to PayPal payment processing or account accessibility.

General Terms and Conditions

Program Funding: This rebate program is funded entirely by Legendairy Milk and is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Walmart in any way.
Verification: Legendairy Milk reserves the right to verify all submissions and may request additional documentation if needed.
Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent submissions, duplicate submissions of the same receipt, or attempts to manipulate the program will result in immediate disqualification.
Program Changes: Legendairy Milk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility: This program is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
Limit of Liability: Legendairy Milk's total liability under this program shall not exceed the reimbursement amount owed to any individual participant.
Tax Responsibility: Participants are responsible for any tax implications of receiving reimbursements.
Data Usage: By participating, customers consent to Legendairy Milk's collection and use of submitted information for program administration purposes.
Final Decision: Legendairy Milk's decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and reimbursement amounts are final and binding.
Program Termination: The program will automatically terminate when the $100,000 total reimbursement limit is reached or at the end date, whichever occurs first. Additionally, Legendairy Milk reserves the right to terminate this rebate program at any time at their sole discretion, with or without notice.
