What order should I take the products in?

Liquid Gold or Milkapalooza are favorite starting points for most parents.

Can I take all three at once?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. We all have very unique body chemistries so trying them individually can help determine what works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time! Some parents alternate between products throughout the day, alternate days, or combine the dosage of each daily. It may require a few tries to find the perfect combination for your body.

Why is the bundle not gluten-free?

Goat's rue, found in Liquid Gold, is not gluten-free. To get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10 ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Liquid Gold has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue, and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free. We don't believe the gluten content is high, but it doesn't meet our strict testing standards.

    Tried and true

    These are hands down my favorite lactation supplements. I took these with my first baby a little over six years ago and they helped tremendously and six years later to today I used them again and I had the same results. I was barely producing an once from both breast per pump and now I’m almost getting a full 5oz!

    Pump Princess is the winner

    I ordered this bundle to help me boost my supply as a ‘just enougher’. I tried Liquid Gold first and that one made my stomach hurt even when taken with meals. I didnt notice a change production wise. Switched to pump princess next and that one was the winner! In making an extra 3oz total every pump. Highly recommend you try one at a time to see what works best for you.

    Amazing!!

    Ever since I had my second daughter, I had a massive oversupply, and quickly ran out of room in our deep freezer so I sold and donated basically all of my milk. A couple months back I unfortunately got mastitis and was unable to produce even enough to feed my baby let alone think about freezing any extra. That’s when I did some research and found out about Legendairy milk’s liquid gold! I am so happy that I finally have the supply again to feed my baby! Seriously so worth it and saved so much stress over trying to feed my girl! In the beginning, I never stressed over ounces or getting the last drop, and after doing just that- for 2 months, i’m glad to say I am back to not having to do that anymore!

    Life saver!

    Buying this supplement was a last resort option in trying to boost my milk supply. I’ve always been a “just enougher” -which is fine but as my baby grows it wasn’t cutting it. I’ve been very happy with this product and has eased my day to day In worrying if I’ll have enough milk for my baby. I would definitely recommend this product
