What order should I take the products in?

Liquid Gold or Milkapalooza are favorite starting points for most parents.

Can I take all three at once?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. We all have very unique body chemistries so trying them individually can help determine what works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time! Some parents alternate between products throughout the day, alternate days, or combine the dosage of each daily. It may require a few tries to find the perfect combination for your body.

Why is the bundle not gluten-free?

Goat's rue, found in Liquid Gold, is not gluten-free. To get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10 ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Liquid Gold has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue, and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free. We don't believe the gluten content is high, but it doesn't meet our strict testing standards.

    From skeptic to believer—Pump Princess brought my supply back

    I’m normally not a huge believer in supplements, but six months postpartum I experienced a sudden drop in supply and was nervous I’d have to switch to formula. After reading countless positive reviews of Pump Princess, I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did.

    Within about a week, I noticed an increase in my output, getting about an ounce or two more every three to four hours (exclusively pumping). Now, after being on it for two months, my supply has stabilized and I’m no longer struggling. It’s such a relief to have that peace of mind and less stress around feeding my baby.

    Thank you, Pump Princess!! you turned a skeptic into someone who truly appreciates how quickly this made a difference. I literally rarely leave reviews but had to in hopes that someone else who might be in my position sees this!! No side effects or flavor with the pills either which is a bonus.

    Really works !

    I had a major dip in my supply due to stress and these really helped me out. I thought I was gonna have to supplement with formula I was terrified. I went from 1.5 oz to 3 oz combined

    One of the only things that moved my supply!

    I got this originally in the bestseller bundle. Unfortunately pump princess and liquid gold didn’t do anything noticeable to my supply. However, milkapalooza gave me a half oz increase within a few days! As an under supplier, I truly believe this jump started my body being able to slowly and steadily increase my supply as it was the only change I had made and liquid gold and pump princess didn’t make that kind of difference.

    Doesn’t hurt to try!

    I get an extra 2-3 ounces each pumping session with liquid gold! I’ve tried a few other supplements that didn’t give me any greater output but these do! Never hurts to try. You never know what will end up working for you!
