Calms my little one's stomach!
Taking this probiotic while pumping/breast feeding has had a significant impact on my little one's digestion! I was weary to give her a probiotic directly but taking one myself has expanded the benefits to her. When I ran out I immediately noticed she had reflux - and this cures it!

On re-order!
I'm on my second month of these and really love them. Not having to refrigerate them is helpful because I actually remember to take them. In the past the ones I had to refrigerate were out of sight of mind and I could never remember to take them. These I take daily and am finally seeing what people with a "normal gut" must feel like. I will definitely keep taking them!!

Happy gut = happy mood
I have been taking these for about 2 weeks and I love them!
After day 2 I have noticed a huge difference in my mood and energy levels.
There was also a day when I forgot to take these in the morning and waiting to pair them with a late lunch. That day I wasn’t feeling bad, just not fantastic. And as soon as these passed my lips I felt a noticeable shit in my energy.
So I definitely take these every day with my breakfast!!!
