    Increased my Milk Supply!

    I purchased this as a last resort! I’ve tried Boobie Bars and Protein which did not help. I also tried Fenugreek. I did try the Munchkin Cookies but was unable to eat them because it contained dairy- which did not agree with my little one.

    I was a “Just Enougher” which stressed me out. I had three extra 4oz bags of milk. I work full time, and thankfully I lived in the city I work at which allowed me to come home to resupply the fridge when I came home and pumped.

    About 5 days after taking the 2 capsules 3 times a day, I started producing 5-8oz every 3-4 hours. Now I have a day’s worth of milk stashed in the fridge and it has decreased my worry and stress. When I have two days in the fridge I’ll plan on building a freezer stash.

    I’m very thankful I have started to take this supplement.

    It works

    So used cash cow, liquid gold, pump princess and milkapooza. Liquid gold and pump princess didn’t do much of anything for me. Cash cow is my favorite but I noticed a slight dip due to my son keeping “through the night” (11pm-6am). I decided to try milksopooza and my supply was back!

    Good results

    I had been taking these only at night because apparently I can’t read…but my milk would come in super well even with feeding all night. Now that I’ve started taking them correctly, I can see a good improvement overall!

    Wonderful!

    Ive always been a “Just enough” kinda gal when it came to my supply. My body has a hard time responding to a pump. I have always had smaller babies. I’m on baby number 5, breastfed all of them. I’ve seen these products sense 2011! I never put the investment into myself. My milk. But I’m glad I did now! I have a 1.5 month old baby, and she is so fat because of the dedication I put into this product! Worth it! I’ll definitely promote this in my coaching class!

How do I know which products are right for me?

We all have unique body chemistries and sometimes a little trial and error is necessary to find the right lactation product for your body’s needs. We often suggest a bestseller bundle to start, so that you can test out 3 popular products at a reduced price.

What's the difference between Cash Cow and Milkapalooza?

Cash Cow contains goat's rue and alfalfa as the main heavy-hitting ingredients while Milkapalooza contains moringa and nettle. Cash Cow can also be used in late term pregnancy from 36 weeks on. We all react differently to herbs and what works wonders for one individual may not have the same effect on another, so we have different formulas to help you find the right fit.

What are the benefits of this product?

The herbs in Milkapalooza have been shown to assist with milk production, milk enrichment and nutrition, prolactin release, and can help improve insulin signaling in the body.

Does this product increase fat content in milk?

Although a mother's diet doesn't affect the total amount of fat in breastmilk, it can influence the fatty acid composition. A diet rich in DHA and other polyunsaturated fatty acids will lead to an increased amount in breastmilk. Moringa contains a high levels of monounsatured fatty acids like oleic acid.

Can I combine supplements?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time!

How long does it take to start working?

Some parents notice a change within a few days, but we recommend taking each product for at least 7-10 days.

How soon after birth should I start taking the product?

For parents with a history of low milk supply in a previous breastfeeding journey, beginning the supplements immediately postpartum may be appropriate. For first-time parents however, we usually suggest playing it by ear and reaching out to us if milk supply concerns develop.

Are these safe to take while pregnant?

Out of an abundance of caution, we don't recommend taking Milkapalooza while pregnant. Cash Cow however, can be taken after 36 weeks of pregnancy.

When should I take the products?

3 times a day with a meal or a high-protein/healthy-fat snack. Many parents take them with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

When does the product expire?

Milkapalooza has a 3 year expiration date from manufacturing. Please refer to the bottom of your bottle for specific expiration date.

I can't swallow capsules, how can I take these?

Some individuals who are not able to swallow capsules will open them and sprinkle the contents in a spoonful of applesauce or yogurt. It's best to not dilute them too much.

How long should I take the product?

It varies! Some parents use our products for a short time to jump-start their supply and some parents take them for the duration of their breastfeeding journey.

Can I take this along with Sunflower Lecithin?

Absolutely and many parents do!

Do your products contain fillers?

Never. Our products are free of additives and fillers. All you will find in the capsules are the herbs listed on the back of the bottle.

How should I store this product?

We recommend storing the products in a cool, dry place.
