I have been taking at least one a day for eight months to prevent clogs and if I start to feel like I might get a clog, I take three a day until the clog feeling is gone. I have yet to actually have a clogged duct recently I have dropped a pumping session so in order to prevent any clogs, I take two a day and I am having great success. I am so glad that I found this product because the first four months of breast-feeding I was getting clogged every other week so this is amazing and I am so thankful that I found this product.

I have been using these since I started pumping 11 months ago. I stopped for a while and started taking them again because I’m trying to drop sessions. On the days I forgot to take them, I would get clogs the same day or the following morning. This just tells me that they work since on the days I take them I’m completely fine and don’t get clogs. When I do get clogs I take 2 or more to help loosen the milk. They are bigger than the rest of my supplements but they go down easy. I love that they’re clear and don’t have a strong smell!

I am 8 weeks PP. Exclusively pumping. I have struggled with clogged ducts, causing blood blister two to three times a week. I drink 128 oz water, body armor, and coconut water. I have a good diet with oatmeal. I also have a regular pump schedule. Close to giving up when I could not hold my daughter because my breast were so engorged and nipples with multiple blisters. I took four pills the first day, by my 1 am pump I went from pumping one oz back to my normal three to four oz. NO PAIN DRAINED BREAST. My next pump was just as successful.
