I use this everyday since pumping and never gotten a clog!

I’ve taken this daily since early on in my breastfeeding journey. I have never had issues with clogged ducts or discomfort! I believe it does what it’s supposed to.

I had mastitis 4 times with my first baby and this Sunflower Lecithin saved me! Highly recommend this especially if you have a natural oversupply.

This is the first time breastfeeding I have used sunflower lecithin amd it works wonderfully. I take one morning and evening to help my milk flow. I can tell when I miss a dose that my milk doesn't not flow as smoothly and my let downs are more painful. I am so thankful to have this product!

I don't take this consistently, only if I'm feeling a little pain from potential clogged ducts coming on, then I take some right away! I continue to take consistently for several days after the pain is gone just in case. So far no clogged ducts and no mastitis!
