I have been using these since I started pumping 11 months ago. I stopped for a while and started taking them again because I’m trying to drop sessions. On the days I forgot to take them, I would get clogs the same day or the following morning. This just tells me that they work since on the days I take them I’m completely fine and don’t get clogs. When I do get clogs I take 2 or more to help loosen the milk. They are bigger than the rest of my supplements but they go down easy. I love that they’re clear and don’t have a strong smell!

I thought I had mastitis, and the nurse line suggested sunflower lechtin. Target had this, only one left so my husband grabbed it for me. Within hours I was feeling so much better! It turns out it wasn't mastitis but I think I had multiple clogged ducts and it was super painful. I now take it 2x a day to help prevent it, hasn't happened again since!

Learned my lesson with first baby that I need this to prevent clogs. Not sure why I didn’t restart immediately when nursing second baby. 🤦‍♀️
