What's the difference between Liquid Gold and Pump Princess?

Can I take this if nursing and not pumping?

Absolutely! Pump Princess is used by pumping and nursing parents alike.

When should I take the products?

3 times a day with a meal or a high-protein/healthy-fat snack. Many parents take them with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

How do I know which products are right for me?

What are the benefits of this product?

The herbs in Pump Princess have been shown to assist with milk production, mammary gland stimulation, prolactin release, milk flow, let-downs, and can be insulin-sensitizing.

Does this product increase fat content in milk?

Although a mother's diet doesn't affect the total amount of fat in breastmilk, it can influence the fatty acid composition. A diet rich in DHA and other polyunsaturated fatty acids will lead to an increased amount in breastmilk. Black seed in Pump Princess is a great natural source of omega-6 fats.

Can I combine supplements?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time!

How long does it take to start working?

Some parents notice a change within a few days, but we recommend taking each product for at least 7-10 days.

How soon after birth should I start taking the product?

For parents with a history of low milk supply in a previous breastfeeding journey, beginning the supplements immediately postpartum may be appropriate. For first-time parents however, we usually suggest playing it by ear and reaching out to us if milk supply concerns develop.

Are these safe to take while pregnant?

Out of an abundance of caution, we don't recommend taking Pump Princess while pregnant. Cash Cow however, can be taken after 36 weeks of pregnancy.

When does the product expire?

Pump Princess has a 3 year expiration date from manufacturing. Please refer to the bottom of your bottle for specific expiration date.

I can't swallow capsules, how can I take these?

Some individuals who are not able to swallow capsules will open them and sprinkle the contents in a spoonful of applesauce or yogurt. It's best to not dilute them too much. Check out our Tea-tas or Lactivist!

How long should I take the product?

It varies! Some parents use our products for a short time to jump-start their supply and some parents take them for the duration of their breastfeeding journey.

Can I take this along with Sunflower Lecithin?

Absolutely and many parents do!

Do your products contain fillers?

Never. Our products are free of additives and fillers. All you will find in the capsules are the herbs listed on the back of the bottle.

    Nothing else worked!

    I’ve tried so many different supplements in the course of my pumping journey and they either didn’t work or made me gassy. I had already tried the liquid gold before getting the trio pack. When I initially tried liquid gold I wasn’t taking them as suggested, so I tried again and didn’t do anything for me. I tried pump Princess and I finally saw a difference!!! I’m a low supplier and I saw a half ounce increase months ago with the 10 day supply. Never got them again until last month because I was still trying to see what could drastically increase my supply. Nothing worked. I came back around to pump Princess a month ago and since I’ve taken them, I’ve had so many more letdown. I get a lot more milk sprays when pumping, more than I ever have. I absolutely love love love pump princess!!!

    Like this supplement

    I purchased this supplement about 6.5 months postpartum to help with my milk production and my letdown reflex. During this time my entire household had been sick for about 4 weeks straight and the stress of caring for sick children and husband left my body very stressed and it affected my breastfeeding immensely. After taking this supplement for a few days I noticed my letdown reflex starting to regulate itself again. During the peak of my stress I’d have baby latch and it’d take approx 4-5 mins of her sucking to then have my milk letdown, after starting Pump Princess my body started to letdown / eject milk anywhere from 35 seconds to a minute 15 seconds after latching. I credit Pump Princess with helping my body reset. Not only is black cumin seed good for lactation support - but it’s also great for fertility and general health (bonus)! If you need something to help you and your breastfeeding journey - give Pump Princess a try (i also take Liquid Gold which helps my production!)

    Amazing

    I am a exclusive pumper of ten months my milk took a sudden dip and I went from 10oz to barley make enough for my baby who drinks 7 oz each feed to 4-5 oz this brought back my supply back to 10oz after about a week and I just order more because it was amazing
