Overall this provided good basic information on some popular pumps, their parts, and how they function. I was really hoping it would touch more on schedules and how exactly to choose what pump would work best for you.
This is a pre-recorded zoom, so it was nice to be able to pause it, but I would've preferred something in chunks so it was easily navigated.

I really liked this class helped me understand the pump more and how to accommodate to; how my baby eats and rhythm to pump to, times to best pump and the importance of pump parts.

My biggest take away is knowing that baby will feed 24oz per 24hrs regardless of how often , how long sessions are. Another thing that gave me a piece of mind is that 3oz total for pumping session is normal. 🥰 Ive had like 3 great pumping sessions that equaled 6oz total and then going back down to 3oz which made me panic. Its normal :) yay!! Thanks for educating us!
