Really works!
I've been using this for a month now before carb-heavy meals and it has been effective in reducing my spikes significantly. I've found that for me personally I need 2x-3x the recommended dose to control my spike but it makes a huge difference and I no longer get crashes after a meal. Very happy with this - haven't found anything else that works as effectively!
