What order should I take the products in?

Liquid Gold or Milkapalooza are favorite starting points for most parents.

Can I take all three at once?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. We all have very unique body chemistries so trying them individually can help determine what works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time! Some parents alternate between products throughout the day, alternate days, or combine the dosage of each daily. It may require a few tries to find the perfect combination for your body.

Why is the bundle not gluten-free?

Goat's rue, found in Liquid Gold, is not gluten-free. To get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10 ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Liquid Gold has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue, and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free. We don't believe the gluten content is high, but it doesn't meet our strict testing standards.

    Girl, buy this!!

    I was struggling with my milk supply because I had to go back to school right away (a week after delivery). My supply hadn’t established yet and being away from my baby dropped it significantly. I was sometimes doing 2oz pumps and now all I do is 7-10oz pumps!! Every single time. I am now able to start freezing some milk to save for later. Definitely worth it.

    Such a helpful bundle!

    I purchased this bundle at target about 10 days ago desperately searching for support with my letdown and my flow. My body doesn’t respond to a pump and I lack a letdown reflex due to PCOS. I see a lactation consultant however some of my issues were made worse by my daughter having a buccal tie and a lip tie that (while it needed to be removed the dentist was hesitant to do so because of my issues and her questioning if it would solve the issue). After trying these supplements I truely have changed so much about my journey. My flow is amazing, my letdown is getting better, and I’m producing more than I thought I could. With my daughter’s tie being resolved it’s been a complete game changer. I went from producing barely enough to feed her and supplementing most every meal more than half of the recommended amount to supplementing a half ounce here and there and I’m hoping this subsides more as I regulate as I am leaking milk!

    Day one relating with 20 mins on a wall pump and not taking these supplements vs just now 11 minutes on a manual pump after taking these for three days!!! This stuff is MAGIC!!!
