Honestly best investment ever! Thank God never had clogs no matter how full my breast were. There is no after taste and it digest very well. Maybe size of a supplement is a bit big but I didn't mind. Used this product from birth till now and my baby is 6month old.
I live in Saudi and sometimes delivery is not on time, so I always buy in bulk to avoid missing the supplements intake.

I take this supplement because lecithin is also needed for healthy brain function. I am on a healing program and suffered from anxiety. Anxiety has diminished a lot since taking this supplement. It has gone from an 8-10 to a 1-2. I am currently not breastfeeding, but I wish I did take this when I was breastfeeding. It may have prevented “mama brain.” 😄 Thanks for making such a high quality supplement!

This helped me so much when I was just 4 weeks pp. I exclusively pump and this is now part of my daily supplements. I don't have any side effects from it. And now that I'm on a daily dose- no issues. I always recommend this product to nursing mamas that I meet

FTM here. I experienced my first clogged milk duct around one month pp and man they weren’t joking when they said they hurt! My cousin recommended Sunflower Lecithin and said she used it both ways - for daily maintenance and to treat when experiencing one. I got on and ordered right away. When my goodies arrived my clogged duct had already passed so I used for daily maintenance and no clogged ducts here! I’m currently almost 11 weeks pp now and have no intentions of stopping use of this product as long as I’m nursing and/or pumping.
