THANKFUL FOR YOU REGISTRY GIVEAWAY: OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. RESIDENTS OF NEW YORK, FLORIDA AND RHODE ISLAND MAY ENTER BUT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN. VOID WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

The Thankful For You Registry Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by Legendairy Milk, LLC, 5912 Balcones Dr. Suite 200, Austin, TX 78731 ("Sponsor" and "Administrator").

The Administrator is responsible for operating the Giveaway, including collecting entries, conducting each random drawing, verifying eligibility, purchasing prize items, and coordinating winner communications.

2. Agreement to the Official Rules

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Administrator concerning the administration and interpretation of the Giveaway. The Administrator's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Entrants should retain a copy of these Official Rules for their records.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who:

  • are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction at the time of entry;
  • are at least eighteen years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older; and
  • have a valid email address that they own or are authorized to use.

Residents of New York, Florida and Rhode Island may submit an entry and may subscribe to Legendairy Milk communications, but are not eligible to be selected as a winner.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Administrator and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and other entities involved in developing, promoting, administering, or fulfilling the Giveaway are not eligible.

Members of an ineligible person's immediate family and persons living in the same household as an ineligible person are also not eligible. For purposes of these Official Rules, "immediate family" means a spouse, domestic partner, parent, legal guardian, child, sibling, step-parent, step-child, step-sibling, grandparent, or grandchild, regardless of where that person resides.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Giveaway Period and Entry Periods

The Giveaway begins at 12:00AM CST on October 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59PM CST on October 13, 2027, unless the Administrator extends it or ends it earlier. If the Giveaway is extended, the Administrator will publish updated Official Rules stating the new end date.

The Giveaway is divided into consecutive monthly entry periods. Each entry period begins at 12:00AM CST on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59PM CST on the last day of that month, except the first entry period, which begins October 14, 2026, and the final entry period, which ends when the Giveaway ends. A separate random drawing is conducted for each entry period.

The Administrator's computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

5. How to Enter

During any entry period, eligible individuals may enter by visiting [LANDING PAGE URL] and completing and submitting the official online entry form, providing the requested information including a valid email address and a link to a baby registry.

Entrants must:

  • provide a valid email address and all other required entry information;
  • submit a link to a baby registry meeting the requirements in Section 6;
  • confirm that they have read and agree to these Official Rules; and
  • submit the completed entry during an entry period.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

Following Legendairy Milk on any social platform, liking or sharing a post, tagging another person, or subscribing to SMS communications is not required to enter and will not improve an entrant's odds of winning.

Entries submitted by any means other than the official entry form, including social media comments and direct messages, are not valid.

Entry limit. Limit one entry per person, regardless of the number of email addresses, devices, accounts, or identities that person may possess or use. Once submitted, an entry remains eligible for each subsequent drawing until the earliest of the following: the entrant wins, twelve (12) months pass from the date of entry, or the Giveaway ends. If the Giveaway is still running twelve months after an entrant's date of entry, that entrant may submit a new entry. Additional submissions from the same person before that time are not counted as additional entries.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated entry service, artificial intelligence automation, or other automated means are prohibited. Entries submitted through commercial promotion-subscription services, multiple identities, false identities, disposable email addresses, or any method intended to circumvent the entry limit are void.

If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter, subject to verification by the Administrator. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned the email address by the relevant internet access provider, online service provider, organization, or other entity responsible for assigning email addresses. The Administrator may require proof that an entrant is the authorized account holder.

6. Registry Requirements

The registry submitted with an entry must be a publicly accessible baby registry hosted on Amazon, Target, Walmart, Babylist, Poppylist or The Bump.

An entry is not eligible for selection if the submitted registry is private, password protected, unreachable, empty, contains no items that can be purchased within the value stated in Section 7, or is not a baby registry.

The Administrator purchases items only. A registry that offers only a cash fund, gift card, or cash contribution option is not eligible. Where a registry includes both items and a cash fund, the Administrator purchases items only.

A registry from which the Administrator has previously purchased is not eligible in any subsequent drawing, regardless of who submits it.

The Administrator determines the eligibility of a submitted registry at its sole discretion.

7. Random Drawing, Prize and Approximate Retail Value

Following the close of each entry period, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries. Up to eight (8) winners will be selected per entry period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

Each winner receives items purchased by the Administrator from the winner's submitted baby registry.

Maximum retail value of each prize: not to exceed $1,750, inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping. The Administrator selects which items are purchased at its sole discretion.

The actual value of a prize may be less than the stated approximate retail value. The winner will not receive the difference between the stated value and the actual value.

Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. No substitution of items is permitted at a winner's request.

Prizes are awarded as purchased from the applicable registry retailer. Manufacturer and retailer warranties, if any, apply according to their terms. Except for any express warranty provided by the applicable manufacturer or retailer, prizes are awarded "as is", without additional representation or warranty by the Administrator.

A winner may receive items in separate shipments, from different locations, and on different dates.

8. Eligibility Verification and Winner Notification

Eligibility is verified before any purchase is made. After each drawing, the Administrator confirms that each selected entry meets the requirements of these Official Rules, including state of residence, registry validity, entry limit, and the twelve-month entry validity period. An entry that does not meet those requirements is not awarded a prize and the Administrator may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

No response or acceptance is required from a winner. A winner is not told in advance. A winner will usually first learn of a prize when the registry retailer sends its own purchase notification. The Administrator is not required to provide any other notice, but may contact a winner at the email address provided at entry.

Because prizes are purchased directly from a winner's registry and shipped to the delivery address associated with that registry, the Administrator does not require a winner to submit a mailing address, affidavit of eligibility, or acceptance of prize as a condition of receiving a prize.

A winner who does not wish to keep a prize may contact the Administrator at info@legendairymilk.com. Because prize items are purchased from a registry retailer and shipped directly by that retailer, the Administrator cannot cancel or recall a purchase once it has been made. Any return or exchange is subject to the retailer's own policies. No cash or other substitute will be provided.

The Administrator may request a completed IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation where reasonably necessary for tax reporting or legal compliance. See Section 10.

The Administrator is not responsible for notifications that are delayed, blocked, filtered into spam or junk folders, misdirected, or not received because of inaccurate information supplied by the entrant.

9. Prize Fulfilment

The Administrator will purchase within  thirty (30) days following the applicable drawing.

Items ship to the delivery address associated with the winner's registry. The Administrator is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered to that address and may select an alternate winner in that event.

The winner is not required to pay any purchase price, entry fee, or ordinary domestic shipping charge to receive a prize.

The Administrator is not responsible for shipment delay, loss, theft, damage, or nondelivery occurring after items have been transferred to a third-party shipping carrier, except to the extent required by law.

A winner should report a lost, damaged, defective, or missing item to the Administrator at the contact information in Section 20.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other costs associated with accepting or using a prize that are not expressly included in these Official Rules.

The total taxable value of a prize may differ from the stated approximate retail value.

Because prizes are purchased without advance notice to the winner, the Administrator does not require tax documentation before a prize is purchased. The Administrator may request a completed IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation after a prize is awarded, where reasonably necessary for tax reporting or legal compliance.

A winner may receive one or more tax forms, including an IRS Form 1099-MISC, if required by applicable law. Nothing in these Official Rules represents or guarantees that a tax form will or will not be issued.

The winner should consult the winner's own tax adviser concerning the tax consequences of accepting a prize.

11. Data Collection, Administration, and Marketing

Information used to administer the Giveaway. The Administrator will collect the personal information submitted through the entry form, which may include the entrant's name, email address, telephone number, state of residence, a birth date relating to the entrant's child, and a link to the entrant's baby registry.

The Administrator may use this information to:

  • record and validate entries;
  • prevent fraud or duplicate entries;
  • conduct each random drawing;
  • verify eligibility;
  • purchase prize items and coordinate fulfilment;
  • respond to entrant questions;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, and tax obligations; and
  • enforce these Official Rules.

The Administrator may share information with its service providers and professional advisers to the extent reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway.

Your registry link. The Administrator uses a submitted registry link solely to purchase items from that registry if the entrant is selected. The Administrator does not share registry links with third parties and does not use them for advertising targeting or profiling. The Administrator retains a submitted registry link for twelve (12) months from the date of entry, after which it is deleted and the entry is no longer eligible.

Marketing communications. By entering, you acknowledge and agree that the email address you submit will be collected by Legendairy Milk, LLC and used for administering the Giveaway, contacting winners, and, unless you opt out, future marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing does not affect the eligibility of an entry already submitted.

SMS communications. The entry form asks for a telephone number and offers a separate, optional checkbox to receive marketing text messages. Ticking that box is not a condition of entry, does not improve an entrant's odds of winning, and is not a condition of any purchase. An entrant who does not tick the box will not receive marketing text messages. Entrants who opt in will receive recurring automated marketing messages from Legendairy Milk at the number provided, including messages about this Giveaway. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms at https://attnl.tv/t/s1i/r/US and the SMS Privacy Policy at https://attnl.tv/p/s1i.

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway is also handled in accordance with the Legendairy Milk Privacy Policy, available at https://privacy.legendairymilk.com/privacy-policy

For entrants in jurisdictions with data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable law, and entrants may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of their data by contacting the Administrator.

12. Publicity, Photographs and Content

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for the Administrator to use the winner's first name and state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes relating to the Giveaway, in any media, worldwide, without additional notice, review, approval, or compensation.

Nothing in these Official Rules requires an entrant or winner to submit a photograph, video, testimonial, endorsement, or other content. Submitting a photograph is entirely optional and is not a condition of entering or of receiving a prize.

If a winner does submit a photograph or other content to the Administrator in connection with the Giveaway, the winner grants the Administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in its marketing, including email, social media and its website. By submitting such content, the winner confirms that they are the parent or legal guardian of any child pictured and has the right to grant this licence.

Any use of a winner's personal information remains subject to applicable law.

13. Entry and Technical Conditions

The Administrator is not responsible for:

  • lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, illegible, corrupted, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable entries;
  • interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, internet service providers, websites, platforms, or telecommunications systems;
  • technical failures of any computer, telephone, hardware, software, application, email system, or transmission;
  • human, typographical, printing, programming, or administrative errors;
  • unauthorized human intervention;
  • traffic congestion on the internet or on any website;
  • damage to an entrant's device resulting from participation in the Giveaway;
  • changes made by a third-party registry platform that render a submitted registry inaccessible; or
  • failure of an email, form, or notification to be received because of spam filters, privacy settings, security settings, inaccurate contact information, or other circumstances outside the Administrator's reasonable control.

Proof that an entrant submitted information is not proof that the Administrator received a valid entry.

14. Conduct and Disqualification

The Administrator may disqualify any entrant who, in the Administrator's reasonable determination:

  • violates these Official Rules;
  • tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway;
  • uses fraud, deception, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, automated entry methods, or other unfair methods;
  • submits a registry link that the entrant does not own or is not authorized to submit;
  • interferes with another person's participation;
  • acts in a threatening, abusive, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike manner; or
  • attempts to damage the Administrator, the entry website, or the integrity of the Giveaway.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may violate civil or criminal law. The Administrator reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

If fraud, technical failure, platform interruption, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, public-health emergency, fire, flood, severe weather, labor disruption, shipping interruption, supply-chain disruption, governmental action, civil unrest, war, terrorism, or another event beyond the Administrator's reasonable control impairs or prevents the fair, secure, or lawful administration of the Giveaway, the Administrator may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

If the Giveaway is terminated during an entry period, the Administrator may select winners by random drawing from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received before the event requiring termination, where fair, feasible, and lawful.

The Administrator may make nonmaterial corrections to these Official Rules to address clerical or typographical errors. Any material modification will be communicated in a reasonably prominent manner and will not apply retroactively to an entry period already completed.

16. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Legendairy Milk, LLC, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns ("Released Parties") from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

  • participation or attempted participation in the Giveaway;
  • acceptance, possession, shipment, delivery, use, misuse, loss, or inability to use a prize;
  • any defect or alleged defect in a prize item;
  • incorrect or inaccurate information;
  • technical or communications failures;
  • unauthorized intervention in the Giveaway;
  • errors in the administration of the Giveaway; or
  • the use of publicity rights permitted under these Official Rules.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Platform Disclaimer

The Giveaway may be advertised or promoted on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, but it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Amazon, Target, Walmart, Babylist, The Bump, Poppylist or any other platform.

By participating, each entrant releases those platforms from responsibility relating to the Giveaway to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entrants are providing their information to the Administrator, not to any social or retail platform.

Questions, comments, or complaints concerning the Giveaway must be directed to the Administrator and not to any platform.

Entrants must comply with the applicable terms and policies of any platform used to promote the Giveaway. The Administrator may disqualify an entry associated with conduct that violates those terms or policies.

18. Governing Law; Informal Resolution; Mediation; Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN THROUGH A LAWSUIT IN COURT OR A JURY TRIAL. IT ALSO PROHIBITS CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

A. Governing Law. These Official Rules, the Giveaway, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 to 16, governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provisions in this section.

B. Informal Dispute Resolution. Before initiating mediation or arbitration, the party asserting a dispute must send the other party a written notice describing the party's full name and contact information, the facts giving rise to the dispute, the legal or contractual basis for the dispute, the specific relief requested, and any supporting documentation reasonably necessary to evaluate the dispute.

An entrant must send the notice to:

Legendairy Milk, LLC Attn: Giveaway Dispute Notice 5912 Balcones Dr, Ste 200, Austin, TX 78731 info@legendairymilk.com

The Administrator will send any notice to the entrant using the mailing or email address available in the Giveaway records.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days after the notice is received. Neither party may initiate mediation or arbitration until this thirty-day informal-resolution period has expired.

C. Mediation. If the dispute is not resolved through the informal process, the parties must first attempt to resolve it through confidential, nonbinding mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable mediation procedures. Unless the parties agree otherwise, mediation may occur remotely by telephone or videoconference. The parties will share the mediator's fees equally, except where applicable law or the mediation provider's rules require a different allocation. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty days after a request for mediation is submitted, either party may proceed to binding arbitration. The parties may agree in writing to waive mediation and proceed directly to arbitration.

D. Binding Individual Arbitration. Any dispute not resolved through informal resolution or mediation will be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer arbitration rules, as modified by these Official Rules. Arbitration will be conducted by one neutral arbitrator.

The arbitration may take place remotely by telephone, videoconference, or written submissions; in the county where the entrant resides; or at another location mutually agreed upon by the parties.

The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve disputes concerning the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, except that a court of competent jurisdiction must decide disputes concerning the enforceability of the class-action waiver below.

The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies that would be available in court under applicable law, but may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's individual claim. The arbitrator will issue a reasoned written decision unless the parties agree otherwise. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

E. Arbitration Fees. Payment of filing, administration, mediator, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the applicable provider's consumer rules and applicable law. The Administrator will pay any fees it is required to pay under those rules or applicable law. Each party will otherwise bear its own attorneys' fees and costs, except where the arbitrator awards fees or costs under applicable law.

F. Individual Proceedings Only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought and resolved only on an individual basis. Neither an entrant nor the Administrator may bring or participate in a class action; act as a class representative or private attorney general; seek relief on behalf of another person or the general public; combine or consolidate a dispute with another person's dispute; or participate in a collective, consolidated, coordinated, mass, or representative arbitration.

The arbitrator may not combine the claims of more than one person or preside over any class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, mass, or representative proceeding without the written consent of all affected parties.

If this individual-proceedings requirement is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request for relief will be severed and resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction after all arbitrable claims have been completed.

G. Severability. Except as provided in the individual-proceedings provision above, if any portion of this section is found invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be severed and the remainder will remain in effect. If the arbitration requirement is found entirely unenforceable as to a particular dispute, that dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

H. Right to Reject Future Changes. If the Administrator materially changes this arbitration provision after an entrant submits an entry, the change will not apply to a dispute for which the entrant provided written notice before the effective date of the change.

19. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The failure of the Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Headings are included only for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

20. Winner Information and Contact

To request the first name, last initial, city and state of the winners for a given entry period, send an email to info@legendairymilk.com with the subject line "Thankful For You Giveaway Winner Request", specifying the entry period. Requests must be received within forty-five days after the close of that entry period.

Winner information will be provided only to the extent permitted or required by applicable law.
