    This has helped boost my milk prosuction just enough when I needed it! I noticed my production was lower in the evenings which made bedtime feedings challenging. Taking two of these twice a day has been perfect! Love that they are a natural supplement.

    Pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness!

    I’ve been taking these for about three months. I was definitely skeptical about their effectiveness at first but they really helped me to establish a strong milk supply. Even if I go a few days without them I am still producing plenty. I plan to continue taking them until my LO hits about 6 months just to make sure we’re well established enough.

    No supply without it!

    I struggled with my newborn and producing a little bit too little milk. I was beyond frustrated and double pumping every 2h, supplementing with donated milk. After 3 weeks I was about to quit, when my lactation specialist suggested I try these supplements. I tried a bunch of your offerings (all good), but this one worked the best!

    I continue to use it because I notice my supply decreasing if I stop. I can make enough and even freeze a little extra every couple days. My child is now 13 months old and was exclusively breastfed until 6 months when he started solid food. His bottles still only contain breastmilk and I am thrilled to be able to provide that for him. He has gone from the 20th percentile in weight to the 74th! I could not have done it without these supplements.

FAQs

What order should I take the products in?

Liquid Gold or Milkapalooza are favorite starting points for most parents.

Can I take all three at once?

We suggest trying one product at a time for at least 7-10 days to see which one works best for you. We all have very unique body chemistries so trying them individually can help determine what works best for you. Some parents prefer to take a combination of products and that's perfectly fine, but it does make it more difficult to determine which product is impacting your milk production the most. If you find that more than one product works well for you after testing them you can certainly combine them at that time! Some parents alternate between products throughout the day, alternate days, or combine the dosage of each daily. It may require a few tries to find the perfect combination for your body.

Why is the bundle not gluten-free?

Goat's rue, found in Liquid Gold, is not gluten-free. To get a product certified gluten-free, it has to test out at 10 ppm (parts per million) or less. Our Liquid Gold has never tested below that, and we have narrowed it down to the goat's rue that makes it miss the mark. We have tried many sources of goat's rue, and none of them are gluten-free which is interesting because a lot of companies are advertising their goat's rue as gluten-free. We don't believe the gluten content is high, but it doesn't meet our strict testing standards.
