So I’ll be honest here I have been taking this in shakes and I have seen an increase but also I’m taking with the lactation bundle. I don’t particularly like the taste it gives so I mix it in a shake to help! I make myself protein shake which also helps in itself with milk supply. I will keep taking this till I finish the bag but I wish the flavor was better! I will say for the consistency it does dissolve easily.

Mild smell and mild flavor. If you have sensitive taste buds and smell you will more then likely taste it more then if you don’t. It’s easy to hide and boosts up supply pretty quickly!
