These flanges/breast shields are amazing and comfortable - I hate the plastic ones my spectra comes with, even with inserts. Silicone is the way to go. I like the bottles as well and have yet to run into any issues with tipping over. That being said, I do with that they came in smaller sizes. I am a 18/19mm, so they are too big for me, but I still use them. I would highly recommend them, and if you have inserts that fit, I am sure they would work great, too!

I absolutely love these flanges. These are the BEST and most comfortable silicone flanges I’ve ever used. I wish I started my pumping journey with these and would have spared myself from vasospasms and clogged ducts.

The breast shields worked well and were pretty comfortable. They are a bit too large for me but unfortunately aren’t available in a smaller size. I will look to try them with insert. Giving five stars because I think they are a great option for anyone who requires these flange sizes.

I like to use these right before bed when baby is already down because they are easy to clean and put together the next day and are a comfortable pump to use before sleeping. My nips don't feel sensitive and they seem very effective at drawing out my letdowns. I have a few pairs
