    New mom gift set

    The sunflower stuff is my best friend! Liquid gold is what saves my supply when I have my time of month. Honestly a life saver. Ledgend Dairy is part of my daily routine 2 times a day.

    Highly recommend

    I would definitely recommend this as a gift for a new mom or for yourself as a new mom! One because clogged ducts hurt so much and the other pills help keep your supply up, the pumping spray is great definitely helped relieve the friction on my nippys

    Increase

    Before i used to make like maybe 16oz a day and would need to supplement, so far these seem to be working, milkapalooza somewhat worked for me but liquid gold works really good for me, i went from needing to supplement to no longer needing to. My baby would take around 25–30oz a day and now i make just enough or a little extra and it feels good to be able to do that for him
