I absolutely love this tea and after consuming a whole bag, I will continue to purchase as I believe this has helped increase my supply. I honestly feel like the taste is mild and I mix it with other herbs to make tea infusions.

I really enjoyed the taste of this tea. While my milk was coming in I would drink quite a bit of this everyday. š it helped with hydration and might have even helped with early post partum milk anxiety. Recommend giving it a try
